Sam Harvey

Sam is the Backyard Ultra national record holder in New Zealand with 46 yards.  He is coming to The Masters at Dead Cow Gully next month where he has his eyes set on breaking the world record before he heads to the BYU World Championships in Tennessee.

Andreas Klawitter

Andy has spent the last few years falling in love with running on his local trails and in late 2022 he ran his first 100km ultramarathon. Last week he ran for 30 hours (200km) at the BC Backyard Ultra.  In this podcast he shares his backyard ultra story.

Pam Muston

Since her ultra running journey started back in 2009, Pam has run in over 70 Ultra's.  She recently ran in her first Backyard Ultra, GUMBY, and was the Last One Standing, becoming the 2nd female in Australia to do so.

Michael Bellmon has run in 4 Backyard Ultras.  In his most recent Backyard Ultra at Herdys he put on an incredible display when he ran 56 yards as the assist.  This result has placed him on the At Large List to run in The BYU World Championships at Bigs later this year.

Rob Parsons

Rob Parsons has been running Backyard Ultras for just over 12 months.  His best result is when he ran 73 yards for team Australia at the Satellite World Champs last year.  He is positioned high up on the At Large list to run at the Individual World Champs in Tennessee later this year.

Aaron Young, Big Kev, Rob Parsons, Phil Gore and Jess Smith are some of the best Backyard Ultra Runners in Australia.  In less than 2 weeks their local BYU 'Herdys' is being run so they came on to talk all about it.

Lazarus ’Laz’ Lake
